The History of the Curry Club
It all started 33 years ago in the town of Manchester. One evening three Mancunian Banking professionals had an idea that a monthly networking event with their peers over a curry was a wonderful way to do business. They believed that choosing a relaxed approach to discussing on-going business and creating future opportunities was an excellent idea. And as it happened they were absolutely right. Over the years this event has evolved and become one of the UK’s fastest growing networking events. It has turned from a small social event to a more structured networking opportunity, attracting high profile business professionals and decision makers from the Property, Finance and Construction sectors.
The events are held at monthly intervals all over the UK at prestigious restaurants and curry houses. From the beginning lunches were actually considered the best time of day but as the curry clubs are growing in numbers some evening events have also been taken aboard.
The club continues to grow in popularity there are now fourteen successful monthly events in major cities across the UK.

It is exciting times as this number will rise even further through 2012 and into the future, branching out to Ireland based events at the end of the year.
